So the reason I haven’t updated my log in a long time is that I have a stress fracture right now. Basically, I have just been swimming and aqua jogging for 1-2 hours every day since the injury. I’ll start to post training again once I get close to being able to run again.
Outdoor Week 1 - 3/4 - 3/10
I had a decent start to outdoor training. We jumped straight into fairly high mileage after the recovery week. I did just over 80 miles and hurdle drills twice. The first workout I was sick durring and struggeld, but on Thursday I did a Hurdle workout and ran really well.

2/25 - 3/3
We got Sunday through Wednesday off after Conference to help our legs recover before outdoor. I managed to get in 33 miles in the second half of the week. I also got started working on hurdles for steeplechase. It was tiring doing all the extra work, but hopefully it will lead to a good sesason.

Track Week 7 - 2/18 - 2/24Well conference went way worse than I hoped for. I really struggled in both my races, running my worst times of the year. I am glad that indoor is finally over and I can start wroking on steeplechase and get ready for a fresh start in outdoor. I did 61.5 miles.

Track Week 6 - 2/11 - 2/17The week started off great with a strong workout, but then went downhill. I struggled on our speed day and raced horribly. We also only got in 55 miles for the week.
